Inn Policies


Cancellations must be made 48-hours prior to scheduled arrival date. Guests who do not cancel within this time frame will be charged a cancellation fee equal to their first night's room charge, plus tax.


The Inn is a smoke-free facility. Designated outside smoking areas are available. Candles, or the lighting of any flames inside Lookaway Inn is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in your credit card being charged for all cleaning incurred, in addition to a $250.00 penalty.

Maximum Occupancy

The maximum occupancy for each room type is as follows: Classic room type, 2 persons; Deluxe and Superior King room types, 2 persons; Deluxe and Superior Double Queen room types, 4 persons.

Check-In/Check-Out Time

Check-in time is 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Arrangements for early or late check-in/check-out times can be made upon request at time of reservation and is subject to availability and/or an additional charge.

Taxes and Fees

Guest room rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Guest room rates and services are subject to change without notice.

Credit Cards

The following major credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Reservation Guarantee

All reservations must be held with a valid credit card. Credit card will not be charged until time of registration. Reservations made with debit cards will be processed for payment-in-full at time of reservation.


Pets are not accepted at Lookaway Inn. The Inn will gladly provide you with the name and phone number of a local kennel.
